Welcome to Bzness Hub. This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made via www.bznesshub.com or the Bzness Hub mobile application. By placing an order on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Policy


Bzness Hub is committed to delivering a reliable shopping experience and fair resolution processes. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns



  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • A valid invoice or order ID must accompany the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items


The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:



  • Products labeled "Non-Returnable", "Final Sale", or "Clearance".

  • Personal care, cosmetics, hygiene products, and undergarments.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Digital goods, software, subscriptions, and gift cards.

4. Return Procedure



  1. Log into your Bzness Hub account and go to My Orders.

  2. Select the order and click Request Return.

  3. Provide the reason and upload photos if requested.

  4. Our team will review the request within 48 hours and confirm next steps.

  5. Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup by our logistics partner.

5. Refund Policy



  • After quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or to the Bzness Hub Wallet, per customer preference.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be automatically issued.

  • Partial returns will be refunded only for the returned item(s).

6. Replacement Policy


Replacements are subject to product availability and, where possible, will match the originally ordered variant (model, color, and size). If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the claim and arrange a free pickup, followed by a replacement or full refund as applicable.

8. Order Cancellations



  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment without charge.

  • After shipment, cancellation requests will be handled as returns under this Policy.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
