Welcome to Bzness Hub. This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for purchases made on www.bznesshub.com or through the Bzness Hub mobile application (“Platform”).
By purchasing any product on our Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. General Policy
Bzness Hub is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with the terms outlined below.
This Policy applies to all customers who have made purchases directly through Bzness Hub.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
A product may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The return request is initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

The product is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

The product is accompanied by a valid invoice or order ID.
Products that do not meet the above conditions may be refused for return.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as “Non-Returnable”, “Final Sale”, or “Clearance” on the product page.

Personal care items, cosmetics, hygiene-related products, and undergarments.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Digital goods, software, subscriptions, or gift cards.
4. Return Procedure

Log in to your Bzness Hub account and navigate to “My Orders.”

Select the relevant order and click on “Request Return.”

Provide the reason for return and upload supporting images (if required).

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide approval or guidance for the return.

Upon approval, our logistics partner will arrange for product pickup from your registered address.
5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or to the Bzness Hub Wallet, depending on your preference.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated automatically.

In case of partial returns, the refund will be processed only for the returned items.
6. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per this Policy.

Replacements are only allowed for the same product (same model, color, and variant) unless otherwise specified by Bzness Hub.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support team.
After verification, we will arrange for a free return pickup and offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment without any charge.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests under this Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
